d. Lifting sling
e. Other permanent equipment
4. Issuance
5. Approval Schemes
6. Type Approval (This is required if a manufacturer expects to build multiples of one offshore container design. This is only issued to the manufacturer)
7. Individual approval (This is required if only a single batch of containers are built. This is approval by DNV or Lloyds for a single batch of offshore units)
8. Survey and Certification (An “Offshore Container Certificate” is issued)
